Autumn season
The autumn season is upon us and there is no better way to see this than stepping outside and seeing the natural wonders that surround us in the countryside. The crisp golden leaves, the fruit trees bursting with the fruits of nature, and the ever changing hedgerows. Everything preparing to settle for the long winter ahead.
We all live in a fast paced world where we want everything and we want it now, this is reflected within the floristry trade as the majority of flowers are available all year round. But there are exceptions and at 'The Flower Box' there is a large selection of plants and flowers many of which are only available at this time of year, such as locally grown English chrysanthemums and dahlias. All offering inspiration for floral arrangements and designs to suit all budgets, making the perfect gifts. After all, what is more certain to bring a smile to our faces than giving or receiving flowers?

Carnival Week 6th – 13th July 2008

The Carnivals coming! The Flower Box is working with the Attleborough Carnival committee to make sure the Rose Queen, Prince and Princess ride in style this year. They will be decorating the horse and carriage for the main parade on the Sunday 13th as well as supplying all of the flowers throughout the festivities.

Working together! Since February The Flower Box has been providing new, imaginative designs for St Giles House Hotel in Norwich city centre. They are happy to be working alongside such a fantastic team and are looking forward to a great future together.
They will then carry out your instructions in a caring and proffesional manner. A floral tribute is an extremely personal way to show your feelings and sympathy, and to offer comfort in a quiet and heart felt manner.
A carefully chosen tribute will make a big difference to the ceremony, and often a family will want it to reflect the precious memory of the deceased, The Flower Box are therefore often asked to make special one-off tributes. Please ask for any advice you require.
As a guide, it is normal for the next of kin to have the main floral tribute placed on the coffin, and it should be remembered that this is the main tribute seen during the ceremony.
Tributes are normally delivered directly to the undertaker unless requested by the family to be delivered to a relative or the deceased address.
